Disliked: No vegan food on menu for supper or vegan food eg sausages for breakfast

Liked: Nice sized rooms. Friendly staff. Large comfortable lounge bar.Wide variety of breakfast choices. Very quiet and relaxing stay
Disliked: It's location is not within walking distance to the town. That didn't bother us though.

Liked: Enjoyed the breakfast .The children loved the pool area.A very accessible place.
Disliked: The hot tub is not working .

Exceptional

Work stay for 1 night...

Liked: The location was great, close to shops as well. The room is a good size and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage, great size desk and TV. The staff were friendly on arrival and bookout. I didn't use any of the other facilities, Luke the pool, gym or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. Room service is available late night and early morning if needed. Blackout curtains were good and Aircon in the rooms which was good.
Disliked: It was very close to the check in desk and front door so a little noisier. The TV wasn't very easy to use for watching TV or connecting to my phone. The shower head seemed to be broken, as it was leaking, causing issues with the water pressure. I think it would be good to have a mini fridge in the room. And I couldn't charge my phone near the bed as there were no plug sockets and I didn't have a USB wire to put into the lamp charger, only a USB-C, which was a bit inconvenient.

Really good and nothing that...

Liked: The twin bedded room was fairly spacious and everything worked well. The shower was particularly good with ample hot water. We eat both an evening meal and breakfast, both of which were good, perhaps the breakfast was more a 8/10. Sadly we ran out of time to use any of the facilities, maybe next visit.
Disliked: The duvet was not the best I've experienced and the pillows were all the same thickness, so no choice of heights.
