Liked: Location is great, staff is pleasant, rooms were clean. Nice that there is composting available for coffee grounds, etc. Breakfast is nice
Disliked: Couldn’t figure out the cable on the tv. The front desk offered to send someone up to help but that seemed like such a waste of time for someone to have to do so I declined this. Also, there was work being done on a stone walkway right outside the window which was noisy but no doubt the work would be very nice once finished.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Liked: Great location. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning, it was as a good way to start the day.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about, every staff member we came in contact with were very helpful and friendly.

Charming hotel in a great...

Liked: Charming hotel in a great location – spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. Ideal for exploring Victoria. Excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return! The breakfast at the neighbouring Pendray Inn is outstanding and well worth the small additional cost.
Disliked: Check in was possible only after the confirmed check in time

Disliked: The bedding was not great and they did not have a jar of drinking water or a glass. We have to go to common hall way every time to drink water. Wifi was poor
