Inexpensive for Victoria, but over...

Liked: Location, that’s about it! Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Dog friendly.
Disliked: The Hotel is tired. I’m not sure how old it is, but wood framed structures this old have limitations. Sound transfer being one of them. You can hear a pin drop in the next room and even road noise filters in.The after hours contact number is useless. I don’t know how the algorithm works but it’s impossible to reach anyone to leave a message.Breakfast was average motel fare, with probably less choice than most.

Disliked: Outdated, bad smell, dirty, dirty towels, ac didn’t blow cold air, no microwave in the room, limited parking, clogged sink.

Liked: Should have been told about the loft bedroom.It should be mentioned at check in that there are stairs to the bedroom and no bathroom on that level.I'm just thinking for people who have trouble with stairs and need to use a washroom in the night.

Liked: It’s close to the Black Ball ferry. Not too busy area but accessible to all. They give snacks and bowl for my dog.
Disliked: There is no elevator to the first floor. 1st floor is not levelled with the lobby so you have to carry all your luggages, bags and with your pet as well up to a stairs on their “1st floor”, 1st floor is designated with guest with pet. No one to help you bring your stuff up to your room or at least help to carry it up the stairs because the front desk staff are too busy with check ins. Main entrance is lock and can be access by the door card at night which is good but the back door cannot be opened even with the access card. You have to go around to get to their main entrance.
