Superb

Liked: Set in lovely grounds, the hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the town centre. It has a quiet location and the facilities are very good. The generous breakfast offered plenty of choice.The evening meal choice I had was excellent.
Disliked: While it was my choice as a single traveller to opt for a single room, I found the bed too small. Shan't do that again.

Liked: The room, the lounge, the gardens all were very good.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were exceptional, the rooms were clean, beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: There was no lift but it did not bother us

Superb

Liked: The room was perfectly clean and the staff was truly welcoming and kind. There is a beautiful park right near the hotel, perfectly quiet and good for walks. When you come with a pet they try to give you a room on the ground floor with direct access outside - no need to go through the reception.

I will return and stay...

Liked: I loved how beautiful the grounds were and so many sitting rooms there were to relax.
Disliked: Nothing.

Amazing

Liked: The food is excellent with exceptional menu and generous portions. The area is beautiful near a river and lovely flat walks. The town is a 5 minute walk away.
