Disliked: We were totally misled when booking online. We were supposed to have a queen bed, ktichenette with coffee pot but had nothing in the room. There was a coffee pot by the lobby where we could make some, but no one else made any. There was only one tiny cup provided in the bathroom & no extra toilet paper (the roll was nearly empty when he arrived), The worst part was the step down between the bathroom & bedroom we had to navigate when getting up during the night. (We are seniors.) The room was very crowded as they tried to fit in a table & 2 big chairs.

Liked: Check in was easy. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not provided but they did have coffee. There was a mini fridge in the room which was helpful. The room was nice sized and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It took a while for the water to get hot. There was not a thermostat in the room.
