First time staying there. Hotel was clean and so was the room. Pool and hot tub closed. But why did I pay $10.00 to park in the hotel parking lot. This was a first.

Disliked: I stayed at Humphrey Inn & Suites on August 2 and left feeling shocked, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. When I checked in, I was told the parking lot was secure and monitored — that assurance made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there. The next morning, I found my window smashed and clear signs someone had tried to break in.I expected the hotel to take this seriously. Instead, I was met with canned apologies, a $12 parking refund, and an “upgrade” for a future stay — as if that somehow makes up for the damage, the cost, the stress, and the ruined trip. No real accountability, no meaningful effort to make things right.Hotels should stand behind the promises they make to guests, especially when safety is involved. I will never return, and I strongly caution anyone considering staying here to think twice.
