Disliked: Small room w minimal amenities and hot water took a long time to come through

Liked: The manager (owner?) was lovely.
Disliked: Our room was unpleasantly cold, with no way to control it. The water in the sink never warmed past icy cold, although the shower temperature was fine. And the bathroom floor mat was very dirty.
