Come in after Knotfest and really wanted a Diet Coke. Machine was out of most kinds of sodas. Not good on a Saturday night, especially for the hotel, if it makes any $$ on the machines. Other than that, no complaints. Nice place; easy to find.

Liked: Clean room. Comfy pillows.
Disliked: On Saturday night, there was no diet coke in the machine.

Disliked: Dated mattress and kind of a musty smell.

Liked: The location was close to my brother he was 10 minutes away that was the most important.
Disliked: I didn't like the stairs, there was no elevator, it was hard on my knees to carry all my bags up and down the stairs.I've had plenty of continental breakfast, this seemed even less than that...surprised no access to drinking water in the breakfast area, just coffee n juice.

Liked: The staff was nice and that was the only positive thing I have to say about our stay.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was not what we expected at all and not good. They had a few apples, yougurt, cold cereal, and bagels. Most hotels offer that all plus some hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon, waffles, sausages, anything hot would have been nice. The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. I feel what we paid to stay was not worth it at all.

Liked: Location for my grandson's baseball tournaments.
Disliked: Did not see any staff member in the morning. The breakfast is a joke! Other patrons were also complaining to each other about it as there was no staff member around. You should not even call it breakfast. The apples looked weeks old. 2 cereals, oatmeal, bagel, bread or a muffin. Coffee , juice and milk and a couple containers of yogurt. Everything looked old. Looked like maybe staff was lazy and didn't want to make it or the place is just cheap and false advertising. The tub was stained bad or dirty. The curtains were shredded. I wish I would have taken photos but didn't. Room 117 if you want to check it out. Will not stay thete again.
