Got what I paid for.

Liked: Was in great location.
Disliked: Some of the tenants with longer stays were pretty noisy late at night.

Liked: Hotel was fair price(issue explained in what i didnt like), close to main roads, easy to get around, walmart close by Event center was close by, bed was clean and comfy
Disliked: hotel was shown as 174usd on booking.com but when i arrived i noticed i was charged 192usd on my card really not impressed with that. rooms floors were dirty and grungy walls had uncleaned splatter stains on them by the tv

Better than camping.

Liked: Price. Refrigerator actually had a freezer compartment. Shower had excellent power and plentiful hot water. Excellent muscle relief and revitalizing for a weary rock climber. Bath was mold free. Room was definitely warmer and more comfortable than being in a tent.
Disliked: A very 50's motel. Nothing but the carpeting has been updated since then. Room smelled musty. Vent fan in bathroom needed some WD40. Way beyond "white noise". Check in host (?) did not proffer that remote for the TV was not in the room. So I had no TV for 3 days. Since WIFI worked, I just went with my computer. I prefer to read anyway. Host did ask if I wanted to brew coffee in my room or go to restaurant. Don't know why he didn't offer a TV remote at the same time seems a little odd to me.

Run down but efficient

Liked: The staff was awesome, the room was great for just sleeping in. The property is, well old. It's close to lots of eating places and convenience stores. All in all I'd rate it about a 6-7
Disliked: Really we took the attitude that it's not a place we would hang out just sleeping
