Stayed only one night (attended a concert), and was quite impressed. Friendly, helpful staff; top notch, speciality cocktails; mezzanine and roof top seating areas for lounging including a roof top bar with fantastic views of Memphis and the Mighty Mississippi. Impressive and delicious late night room service menu. Walking distance to most attractions, including Mud Island and Beale Street. Room and amenities far exceeded expectations (King Suite). Very nice iPod stereo. Flat screen TV integrated with iPod as well. Highly recommend, especially if it comes discounted, but still worth it at full price.

Liked: Location was perfect. Bed was really comfy.
Disliked: Bathroom was old.

Liked: Roof top bar lovely but area outside railings on the balcony require a tidy as full of weeds and furniture is looking tired but fabulous views.
Disliked: No coffee available in room although free coffee available in foyer 7 am to 3 pm. We had coffee our first morning but it was cold so didn’t have any coffee the rest of our stay.

Brilliant stay

Liked: Locality close to Main Street and Beale Street and rooftop bar with views across the city

Comfy and very quiet. Good...

Liked: Immaculate. The bed and bedding were very comfy. The roof bar has a nice view of the river. It has a decent armchair and minuscule desk. Absolutely quiet on the 4th floor. I did hear the neighbor’s door slamming closed and kids giggling in the hallway on the way out but that’s it.
Disliked: The decor, while in great condition, reeks of the 1980’s and not in a good way. The padded headboard, the strange combination of dark navy and dirty peach curtains, and the very odd hospital-like sheer/net combo. Not quite enough lighting. I received one each towel, hand towel, and wash rag. Great strong texture but a bit small. Shower: hot with sufficient pressure but only a fixed head. You can tilt it a bit if you’re tall enough so you don’t get splashed with the cold! No towel racks. The carpet was worn and only a little stained near the fridge.
