Liked: 1. staff is extremely friendly, 2. facility is extremely cleaned.2. Overall we liked the hotel, but would be nice to add table tennis, billiard table so people can enjoy staying in this hotel.4. Pool area was very cleaned, and washrooms there were extremely cleaned.5. Gym room was very cleaned and very well cared.6. The hotel is very close to the city, highway which was very important to us.7. Outside hotel area was cleaned and welcoming8. The entrance is beautifully designed, everywhere on the wall were amazing antique style and modern pictures, I would say eye catching. I would add one fountain in the entrance so it will add something unique to the hotel and fishes, some big trees. Otherwise it looks very empty.
Disliked: 1. Breakfast, each morning the same food, no difference. No vegetables like tomato and cucumber, no feta cheese, no green tea, no buns, no fresh fruits. But staff is extremely friendly, facility is extremely cleaned.2. During our 4 days visit we changed our rooms once, and both of them air conditioners worked as a fan, even were set up for cool temperature -19.3. Overall we liked the hotel, but would be nice to add table tennis, billiard table so people can enjoy staying in this hotel.4. In the first room, locker inside was not available, and we couldn't close the door inside. Once someone opened our room door outside, but thankfully we were inside and realized that our door actually can't be closed. There also wasn't available the tag " don't disturb" and I mentioned it on the piece of paper and placed it outside. Thankfully the second room had this tag and locker was there too to close the door from inside.5. The window installed between pool are and main entrance to the hotel was absolutely nonsense, not convenient for swimmers. Would be nice to close the windows with zebra blinds, and add some plants close to that area. I actually didn't find even one plant inside the hotel, comparing with other hotels.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable....

Liked: Breakfast was very Good. The room was fine overall. Room was clean.
Disliked: Even though the staff promised to repair the broken hair dryer at check-in, it was never fixed during our two-night stay.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and courteous.
Disliked: The sofa bed was very lumpy. It wasn't a very comfortable sleep. My brother said the queen bed was not very comfortable either. The tub had stains in it from a bath mat.

Liked: Front desk very helpful. Great to have parking and breakfast included. Located close to highway provides easy access.
Disliked: Rooms are a little small for 4 people and sofa bed is not at all comfortable.
