A nice hotel with friendly...

Liked: A good hotel in an excellent location, with everything close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to the guests’ needs. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It was nice to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, with quality pillows and blankets. We truly had a restful stay. The air conditioning worked well and efficiently. We were very satisfied, can confidently recommend this place, and will definitely return.
Disliked: Nothing negative came up during our stay.

Liked: Staff ordered a taxi for the airport which was very helpful. Breakfast was okay
Disliked: Location of hotel was not in very nice area but was close to a laundrette and close to train station

Liked: Everything was great. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. But the hotel staff was really nice.

Not acceptable

Liked: The morning coffee. I paid for it.
Disliked: Taxi ordered by hôtel did not arrive at the train station. Sheets were not cleaned and filled with sand.

I felt ripped off by...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The list of facilities said many things including parking but no mention of charges. The hotel charged me 20 euros for two nights. It listed Wi-Fi but they didn’t charge they listed air conditioning but didn’t charge etc. it’s very underhand to list a facility and then charge for it.

Liked: Location, the beds Nd the helpful staff.
Disliked: The croissants could have been better. Seemed to be more of supermarket quality

Overall good.. staff VERY nice

Liked: Staff very nice, hotel clean and good location close to train and beach.
Disliked: Light on my bedside table was broken and all power points dont charge phone properly.
