Worse than expected

Liked: Good location near parks, shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The “family” room smelled like cold tobacco smoke and required going up a large flight of stairs with stroller, kids, bags and suitcases (no elevator access). The air conditioning unit was very noisy and could not be controlled from the room.

Comfortable hotel and convenient

Liked: Breakfast was good and the location convenient
Disliked: I was not thrilled by the use of paper cups but we were given liovely towelling bathrobes and large bath towels
