Liked: The staff are nice and the place is clean, also the location is good and close to the train station and easy for the centre of Marseille. The shower was good.
Disliked: The room we were given does not appear in any of the photos on the listing. I expected more from the breakfast for 12 euros

Disliked: Walls are so unbelievably thin so it is very loud. Staff are also very grumpy and make it seem like you're a burden on them.

Disliked: Got a family room,cigarette smell,no lift we had to lift our luggages on the stairs.

Disliked: I booked the room with 3 beds and got a room with 2 beds. No refund or compensation was offered.The baggage unloading parking spot in front of the hotel was taken by the car of the receptionist, who didn't want to free it. We (re)booked this hotel specifically for easy loading and unloading as we had a lot of music gear in our car.
