Disliked: rooms are poorly maintained and many small things do not work, such as bathroom sliding door (almost came off the hinge), bedside lamp (not working)...

Great stay, good value for...

Liked: We had a great stay at hotel Azur, the hotel was really clean, bed was very comfortable and in a very convenient location. Even though we arrived after midnight and outside the standard check in hours we got the key to our room without any issue. We ate breakfast there both days which was really nice and the staff were very friendly and always accommodating. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again

Hidden gem

Liked: I'm tempted to say "diamond in the rough" because the Hotel Azur is a gem even if not quite a diamond. It's in a lovely period building a short walk from Metro, Tram and underground parking. The reception and breakfast areas are comfortable and stylish. The bedrooms are simple with comfortable beds and pillows. The air conditioning and WiFi are strong. Staff friendly and bi-lingual.
Disliked: The immediate surroundings are a little rough but in just 5 minutes walk is a lovely tree-lined boulevard with decent shops and cafes. Just 3 stops on the Metro to the bustling Old Port area. Hand-held shower.
