Liked: i paid twice: hotel didnt accept my Bookings receipt but i had to pay twice

Liked: The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant. We had arrived late and also asked to extend our stay at the last minute. The staff looked after us the next morning by very kindly making us a late breakfast outside the specified times. They served a very tasty gluten free breakfast outside in the courtyard. We felt so at home and totally spoilt from such incredible staff.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Liked: The staff are nice and the place is clean, also the location is good and close to the train station and easy for the centre of Marseille. The shower was good.
Disliked: The room we were given does not appear in any of the photos on the listing. I expected more from the breakfast for 12 euros

Disliked: Walls are so unbelievably thin so it is very loud. Staff are also very grumpy and make it seem like you're a burden on them.
