Bad

Liked: The garden is nice.
Disliked: Their offer is a scam: Showing superior room pictures together with small room. Guess which one you get. No soap in bath. Water not going down during shower, everywhere wet. No sound isolation. You hear when your neighbour turns around in bed. Staff does not care about your complain. Offers you "free coffee".

Bad

Disliked: The whole experienceWe booked a Superior Double Room but when we got there we received a much smaller Double Room because there was no other room available, except a family room for 4 people and we were only 2. In the evening we arrived, we complained to the lady at the reception, but she kept repeating to us she cannot give us the family room, because it is for 4 people, even though the room was empty for that night and we were very unhappy with the room we got.The next morning, we spoke with the boss, and he told he can only make me a discount of 5 Eur from the price, because when I booked the room I booked it at a smaller price ( that was the price booking.com gave me at the time). It didn't matter to him that at the present , the price difference between Double Room and Superior Double Room was about 60 EUR, and he even told me that I am stupid because I don't understand his explanations. The room itself was very small, about 9 square meters, and the bathroom was not clean. I found mold on the ceiling, hair and dust on the floor.

It was fine.

Liked: I have very little to say about this hotel. We arrived in the evening and left early (before breakfast) the next morning. What we saw of it was fine, but we never used any of the facilities nor did we have any real interaction with the staff.
Disliked: The hotel is a four-story walk-up, no elevator. So if you are travelling with heavy bags and you aren't a marathon runner, be sure to insist on a room on the first or second floor. The concierge actually had a vacant room on the second floor, but she couldn't find the key (!). So we lugged our stuff up five flights of stairs. Not so terrible, but just so you know.

Say they accept dogs, but threaten to set you on the street if the dog barks once. Don't go!.

Disliked: The building is extremely noisy, you can hear the neighbor talk and doors opening. They say they allow pets, but then when our dog barked to a slamming door (for a couple of seconds), they called to the room at 11 pm. The man threatened us "if you don't manage to keep your dog silent I have to ask you to leave" because he couldn't accept bad reviews from other guests. We felt very unsafe and couldn't sleep, afraid that we'd be put out on the street. When we told him the next morning he responded that he "just wanted to put force to his words so that we would take it seriously", though he agreed on the words he used, he failed to apologize accordingly but kept on saying we interpret his words too strong. The receptioniste called us later to apologize and mentioned she was very ambarresed by his behaviour. The place states they accept dogs, but maybe they shouldn't. The building is old, noisy and there is no lift, but 4 floors of long stairs. Reception is unfriendly.
