Liked: Location. Excellent service from the cafeteria waitress/cook.
Disliked: Poor wifi coverage in our room. No kettle for hot drinks. TV in a wardrobe? Hotel could use an update/facelift. Would not stay here again.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Liked: The location is good and most of the staff was very friendly and nice.
Disliked: Every morning around 5:30 they would shut the A/C off to our room. The first day we complained and they said they shut off the AC everyday since it was cooler out but they would not do it again. On the third day they did it again! We complained to Booking.com and they did nothing. Finally after many complaints the manager told us to open a window. The only problem the hotel is in the middle of the city and there is is a construction site next door so there is far too much noise to sleep with the window open. In addition, the windows in the room cannot be opened without opening the metal shade so there is NO WAY to get sleep with the window open. We paid for AC all of the time, not just when they felt like allowing us to have AC and there was no way to cool our room without letting in tons of light and noise. It was the must uncomfortable stay at a hotel I have ever had. In addition, the room was dirty, look at pics.
