Liked: Clean, nice entrance area, good kitchen, awesome staff and activities
Disliked: No curtains, but actually doesn’t matter too much

Worst hostel I've ever stayed...

Disliked: Staff overbooks and doesn't update. My bed was taken by someone else because someone told them to use it and didn't update. Then staff was suggesting me to a take a worse room when they overbooked. Addressed other customers while telling me to wait when I was there first. Very incapable staff and rooms didn't have any private secured storage for personal belongings. Most hostels I've been too at least have private lockers.

I love my stay at...

Liked: I love how clean the place was and the staff were on top of things. They made the experience the most memorable. It had a great community.
Disliked: Maybe more room for the experiences bc they only one van and sometimes people miss out if they arrive at a later time.

Liked: Staying at this hostel in Maui was hands-down one of the best decisions I made on my trip! From day one, I felt completely at home. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and full of that genuine aloha energy. I met incredible people, made lifelong memories, and left with a full heart.The staff truly made the experience unforgettable - shoutout to Laura, Victor, Gisella, Zac, Luke, Zarah, Mawi, Dani, Claudia, and Owen. Every single one of them went above and beyond, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help with anything.The place is super clean - kitchen, bathrooms, rooms - everything. Plus, they offer free pancakes and coffee for breakfast every morning, and organize daily free activities and tours, which are such a fun bonus and incredibly well done.I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels, but this one is easily one of my all-time favorites. If I ever come back to Maui, this is exactly where I’ll be staying again. :)
