TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Liked: The pool
Disliked: The room reeked of dampness, with a noisy AC used only to mask the smell, making it impossible to sleep. The toilet broke down completely, we were told to fix it ourselves with a plunger and had to use the common bathrooms (attaching pictures of the situation, which was never solved). The manager, Kevin Liddle, ignored our email and never replied. UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS.
