Liked: Service. People at the front desk very friendly and attentive. Shuttle to Disney is a great perk.
Disliked: Our room was very old and zero maintenance. Carpet disgusting and there was a chair there extremely dirty (we didn’t even dare to put our luggage there) it wasn’t clean at all.

Liked: I did not get to stay because I did not have enough money to cover the deposit which I was not aware of. Therefore they charged me for the room but I was not able to stay. They were not willing to compromise or to work out a deal and still charge me for the room
Disliked: Security deposit and the rate of the room price was way too high

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Plain breakfast and front desk staff seem very quiet. I didn’t get my partial view as I booked even though I did message the staff once I got to my room.
Disliked: Didn’t get the room I payed for.
