Disappointing

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The lady at the reception didn't give us information when we checked in that we can pay coupons and have breakfast in the restaurant next door at a lower price. And if you don't do it, then you can't later. The hotel room smelled of mold. And the air conditioner blows in your head all night.

Quality and service is declining.

Liked: Location can walk to many attractions.
Disliked: We have stayed multiple times at this hotel . Quality and cleanliness has declined. Rooms smell musty, ac unit not working to cool room. Hot tub are in pool filled with younger age kids and water very cloudy.
