Great price; great staff; good breakfast; awesome location.

Liked: The staff was awesome! Breakfast was the best for the price; also better than some higher rate hotels.
Disliked: Low water pressure; some maintenance needs to be done to rooms; wall sockets could not hold phone charger and there weren't any extra so I unplugged the TV to charge.

Clean, comfortable and a good...

Liked: Clean and comfortable. There was a little noise outside about 2 am. Not sure what it was because I was not going to open my door!
Disliked: The location was a little too active for us.

A little disappointing.

Liked: the bed was comfortable. the water was hot.
Disliked: No towels, the floors were dirty.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The staff accommodating when I requested to move. The fresh eggs for breakfast is awesome
Disliked: The odor. Room 149 smelled of stale smoke yet facility is non smoking. Wish all hotels would shampoo their carpets every once in awhile

Liked: Location is very convenient with shopping and a Starbucks within walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating Fresh eggs for breakfast…big plus
Disliked: The rooms need a thorough cleaning to rid the carpets of their odor. Even though it’s a non smoking facility the rooms still keep the odor. I had to change rooms because the one (149) still had that lingering odor. Was happy I was given the opportunity to change.

Liked: We like the way Monica, she made the best nuevo divorciados. Very polite
Disliked: The distance from freeway to the hotel.

This place was better than...

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The pool was very nice and small resort like. I didn't have breakfast but my family did and said it was good.
Disliked: It was weird getting to the second floor from the front of the hotel you either had to walk through the hotel and out the back or all the way to the end then back.
