Unprofessional And Sloppy, Treat Customers...

Liked: The room was nice and clean, The bathroom was clean.
Disliked: I did not like how unprofessional the manager was, I had stayed at that facility for days because I had came to visit family in Georgia came way from West Palm Beach, Fl and then extended my stay I paid with my debit card, It was literally 9:30 I was asleep when I heard someone trying to come into my room, They gave someone else my room the manager had went into the computer refunded me my money without talking to me telling me the issue and no explanation why she/he refunded me my money and then wanted me to pay for another night when I paid the night before so I refuse to pay I had to pack my things at 9:30 pm at night and leave the hotel and find another. The secretary at the desk was unprofessional wasn’t any help when she took my payment the night before.

It was just a one...

Liked: comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and well stocked. Was able to check out up to 12 pm which was nice as I had plenty of time to kill.
Disliked: it was all fine
