Liked: Breakfast was great, room was clean
Disliked: Bed a bit stiff but that all depends on your personal preference

Liked: I was there for few hours for little rest to drive further .
Disliked: Night staff behaviour could have been better .

With bad weather, the hotel...

Liked: Unfortunately, there was a big snowstorm on March 25 and 26, which did not allow us to travel by car from Winnipeg to Thunder Bay. The manager at the hotel decided NOT to refund us any money for this natural danger that occurred. We will definitely seek other accommodations the next time we travel to Thunder Bay.
Disliked: We expected a full refund due to the treacherous driving conditions which resulted from the bad weather! The manager, however, chose NOT to do the right thing and honour our request. She indicated it would be difficult to do so, since we had booked through a third party; i.e. booking.com. Difficult or not, we are entitled to a refund under such adverse and dangerous circumstances. We are still hopeful for a fair and reasonable settlement in this situation!

Liked: Good value for qualiy of stay - breakfast was good.
Disliked: No microwave and no elevator

It was a clean, comfortable...

Liked: The price was right, the room was good and breakfast was ok.
Disliked: You have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs because there wasn't an elevator.

Dirty bathroom

Liked: Location is not bad.
Disliked: The room we got was second floor and the bathtub was dirty , looks like no one clean it for long time . I found hair and soap there. No face tissue in bathroom and the empty box left on the toilet.
