Disappointed

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: DID NOT LIKE checking in with a remote person not on site. BECAUSE OF THIS I WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN. I requested rooms at one end and got the opposite end because parking is awful on that end. He doesn't know the layout because he's not there. There was a language barrier, had to repeat email address multiple times. We've stayed at this location the last 4 years. I left a great google review in 2024 and then this happened. :(

Disliked: Virtual checkin, 20 minutes early but could not checkin but yet no one around, horrible smelly room. Dingy bedding, nasty shower. No breakfast as advertised.

Liked: I've always liked this location being right on Division. Close to my relatives when I come stay.
Disliked: I’ve never had an issue checking in before, but this recent experience was particularly inconvenient. I had booked my room weeks in advance and received all the necessary confirmation emails. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to see several visibly tired and upset guests in the lobby.When it was my turn to check in, I was told that my room wasn’t available—despite having paid for it in advance. I expressed my frustration, as I believed the reservation should have guaranteed a room. The staff member handling check-ins appeared inexperienced and had to make multiple calls to a supervisor before resolving the issue.After about 30 minutes, he finally confirmed that my room was ready. Although I was relieved to get my key and some rest, I couldn’t help but feel sympathy for the other guests who looked like they were dealing with the same issue—some were even trying to cancel.This situation was stressful and disappointing, and I hope steps are taken to improve the booking and check-in process

Liked: Cleaning lady was really nice and understanding
Disliked: The foreign kid running the night desk was beyond rude threatening to call the cops on my mom and refused to provide a bath plug so my kids could bathe or let me speak to his manager and our last day there "maintenance" went in our room even tho we said to wait till we got back since we had personal belongs in there (things had been messed with) there was also dry blood on one of the beds felt very unsafe as people kept pulling up to our vehicle overall just gave us the creeps won't take my kids or my mom back there ever!!
