Liked: I want a refund as I wasn't even allowed to stay there due to not having 20$ on a card for a deposit

Disliked: The room we got smelled like old cigarettes or some old odor

Disliked: NO PARKING. Awful decrepit staircase. VERY hazardous. No damn Toilet paper

Disliked: DID NOT LIKE checking in with a remote person not on site. BECAUSE OF THIS I WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN. I requested rooms at one end and got the opposite end because parking is awful on that end. He doesn't know the layout because he's not there. There was a language barrier, had to repeat email address multiple times. We've stayed at this location the last 4 years. I left a great google review in 2024 and then this happened. :(
