Liked: Staff helpful and friendly
Disliked: Old run down, carpets stained. Needs renovating.

Disliked: It was VERY loud!! The room above us never went to sleep and it sounded like elephants were above us all night long! In the morning it was very loud outside our room where they were doing laundry.

Liked: Nothing It was dilapidated and should be shut down and revitalized.
Disliked: Everything !!! Dirty towels Dirty room Dirty floor Run down facility Homeless person living behind building. Dark and felt unsafe

Disliked: The front door of the room was unlocked the entire time. You dont need the keys to open the door. Anyone can get in. The service team wont be there until the next morning. We were force to leave our valuables unsafe when we have to go out for food.

Disliked: Very dirty and falling apart.

Liked: Central location and walking distance to the lake.

Liked: The lady at the check-in counter was very nice and when I asked, she gave me a room that had a view of the lake, which was nice.
Disliked: It wasn't as clean as I had hoped. The TV wouldn't turn on and the toilet did not flush completely.
