Disappointed Room for Cost

Liked: Felt and looked clean
Disliked: Where do I start. Didn't have the room ready 2 hours past 3pm, shower bar broken, breakfast bar so limited. The front desk girl needs to show (through face expression) welcoming expressions.

Liked: I like the location. It was near the venue that we were going to
