Needed hotel near airport with...

Liked: Location and 24hr airport shuttle service
Disliked: Floor seemed unswept with dead bug. Room door had damage at right bottom corner allowing outside elements to flow in. Chair in room was stained leaving me uncomfortable using it.

It was Horrible.

Liked: The breakfast location was not appropriate. I met all tables dirty. Struggling where to sit and have breakfast. Talked to receptionist who told me it will be cleaned. when????
Disliked: We came back at 1:00am. We couldn't get into the room because lock was jammed. Reported it. Had to sit in the lounge for two hours waiting for Emergency Tech.

Liked: Nearness to airport, the traveler basics…place for night, bed, shower, TV, clean, airport shuttle…
Disliked: No dislikes; however, a restaurant within Howard Johnson would have qualified you as a “10”; but I totally understand the economics involved in that dream. You’re fine…
