Like a Zombie Movie

Liked: There's nothing to like unless you're into methheads and the zombie apocalypse
Disliked: The parking lot is full of broken-down beat-up vehicles. This is the place where all the truck stop lot lizards go home to sleep. The guy working the front desk has open sores on his face where he's been picking at it like Jessie Pinkman. When you park your car, they all come out on the balcony like roaches to size up their prey.

Roaches and rude

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty ass hell and had roaches in the room and bed bugs. I took it to the front and she said she didn't want it. I was trying to indicate to the front desk and she was very rude. I asked about the owner and Everytime I asked to talked to a supervisor she was always not there. I wanted a refund I had to wait for 3 days just to talked to the manager... And then she was rude.

Liked: The place was clean ,if I ran out of something they replaced it .friendly staff. Located in Reno ,close too Stores ,bank an the bus station.

Liked: Comfortable beds, great 24hr staff, prime location in Reno!
Disliked: The coffee machine :(

Bad

Disliked: Checked in, got to the room, and linens were not clean on one of the beds, but for the price, I looked past that until we found cockroaches in the bathroom so we immediately left. Warning to all the pictures of this location are not at all accurate. Desk staff are brushed aside by management and refuse to help when asked about refunding our stay. So now the fight begins to get our money back.
