Disturbing behavior by staff

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Front desk was insulted when expected to simply do her job. Told us to wait for the next guy. He was even worse, absolutely screaming at my wife because we dare expect to be moved when toilet flooded our room. My son was scheduled for surgery but they refused clean towels and demanded we use the ones with toilet water. Complete disregard for a child who is already scared and overwhelmed, subjected my wife and my son to additional unnessassary stress. 18 vacat room. EIGHTEEN. WHY WOULD ANYONE FORCE US TO STAY IN THE 1 ROOM WITHOUT A TOILET. No one offered an explanation. Just a pathetic "apology" and a partial refund. What is wrong with every employee there? You are sick.
