Convenient , clean enough ,...

Liked: 1/2 front desk guys were very approachable. Easy in and out , could park close to our entrance door closest to our room
Disliked: Broken metal thing on bathroom floor , breakfast ( eggs, variety of muffins) was almost gone at 8 am ( with no refills in site … and I waited ).

Nice outside, not so nice...

Liked: The outside looks very nice! Breakfast was good the 1st 2 days, almost nonexistent the 3rd day (supply truck hadn't arrived). Worn furniture- frayed upholstery & desk chair. One side of bed was completely flat - no cushioning! Someone upstairs was constantly moving furniture around....and stomping around. Luggage rack was broken. Nice area!

It was a decent place...

Liked: Location was great. Also the person at the desk was able to let me check in way before early check in due to my overnight flight and arriving in the morning. I had to switch rooms, and it was the only one available. It was great to be able to take a nap after being awake for 36 hours.
Disliked: Whenever someone took a shower upstairs from my room, it was extremely loud. Also, the deadbolt did not appear to work.

Nice stay with the family.

Liked: Location, neat, fairly large rooms, decent breakfast including hot options and friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast area was a bit small.

Disliked: The check out was confusing because the had to wait on the receptionist who kept mistaking my room number even though I gave her my keys and jacket with number on it

This is what I expect...

Liked: The location was ideal for our itinerary.
Disliked: Breakfast. Cleanliness. Staff. On our second morning cleaning and food service staff were sitting in the breakfast area eating the guests food. No eggs and cold bacon is unacceptable for breakfast.

Disliked: The hotel staff was not very good at answering questions. The breakfast was lacking. We needed to have our keys reset and the staff didn’t ask for any identification or our name.

It was fine for one...

Liked: Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for our event.
Disliked: Our only negative was that the vinyl floor panels in the room were coming up and stepping/snagging on them was annoying. The floor definitely didn’t show well.
