Within walking distance to Skytrain....

Liked: Location was great. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station that takes you downtown and also the PHX Skytrain to the airport. Room was comfortable and looked exactly like the photos.
Disliked: Room wasn't completely clean. I found a previous guests items in the drawer. The biggest thing for me is that they didn't have breakfast even though it states on the ad they do have it and later read many reviews saying the same thing.

Wouldn’t recommend there is also...

Liked: The apple juice.
Disliked: The Stains, no breakfast (although they advertise), Online made the facility seem bigger, more attractive than in person.

Never coming back.

Disliked: To start with, the photos posted were to far from what the rooms actually look like. They completely misinform about the conditions in which this hotel is.Old and stained sheets, a broken iron, broken or non-working plugs, are some of the problems I found in my room.In addition to the keypad giving me access to the room not working properly, you have to play with the card to get it to work.This was the worst experience at ever had.

Overall, good place to stay...

Liked: Friendly staff. Conveniently located near airport.
Disliked: The property is a bit out of date and could use some renovations.
