Howard Johnson by Wyndham Pasadena

We had a great stay at HoJo, Pasadena. We were running the Pasadena half marathon and the hotel provided us with free bottled water, extended breakfast house and extended our checkout. Location is great - walking distance to yummy restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Liked: Nothing, on top of me paying everything that was asked for. They wanted me to give them another $240 dollars. Until I checked out. Then it would take 5-10 business days to get my money back. In the end I never stayed at the Howard Johnson hotel. I need to find out how do I receive my money back from the app that I paid for my room?.
Disliked: I wasn't told that after I paid for my room, that I had to leave a deposit in order to get my room. Un professional.

Liked: The room was clean and the location was convient.
Disliked: Your advertisement stated and the staff at check in said breakfast was available every morning. However, the next morning the breakfast was minimal - not even a centennial breakfast and the coffee was not replenished when I asked for coffee.I was very disappointed with this service. I have traveled and this was the first time I felt the breakfast was a bate and switch.
