We had a great stay at HoJo, Pasadena. We were running the Pasadena half marathon and the hotel provided us with free bottled water, extended breakfast house and extended our checkout. Location is great - walking distance to yummy restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Disastrous

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The hotel didn't honor my reservation due to a payment problem between booking.com and the property. The lady on the phone didn't even offer an alternative or a solution, she acted as if it was my fault and didn't cancel the reservation properly so I couldn't get reimbursed as I had the right to. I had to deal on my own with another reservation for that night.Messages through booking.com were replied by a bot, so I could get no accurate information from anyone.My worst experience ever with a hotel staff!!!!! They have absolutely no training in customer service or hospitality.
