Liked: Convenient location. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, nice pool and beds comfortable.

Disliked: Our car was damaged on their small parking. The hotel administration did nothing to investigate the case or call the police. We were told first from the reception they ll find out who did it, bc they have cams outside. The next day after the incident no one called us as promised and when we asked on the reception they said the manager can't do anything and we have to call the police ourselves. It was really stressful for us, we didn't feel safe there. At night of the 4th of July we couldn't fall asleep bc of loud music, shouting and fireworks made just a few meters from the hotel. It continued until 4 am. The approach to the reception didn't help so much. We heard the police cars sounds and even shooting. You ll never sleep well in this hotel bc of non soundproofed rooms and noises all the night. Summarized, we ll never come back there again.

Liked: The staff here is all amazing! The guy that works at the pool bar was great. Every staff person that we came across was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the pool area was clean and well taken care of.
Disliked: There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like other than the walkways being very small. We had a luggage rack or our beach things and couldn’t walk because the cleaning carts are in the walkways. The workers had lifted our things and carried them over the carts. The elevator is extremely hot.
