Very pleasant staff/ dated rooms.

Liked: The people were really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The pricing was inexpensive for a last minute reservation. There was plenty of parking.
Disliked: The hotel is very run down. Just cleaning up with new carpeting and much more lighting- inside and out- would add a lot to the hotel. I checked out a night early because I didn't want to stay another night.

Terrible. Should not have been...

Liked: location, size of room, type of beds and size of beds
Disliked: Room smelled musty from the start. Prepared myself to take a shower only to find the water in the tub/shower was broken. Could not get any water out of the spiget. Reported it to the front desk and person said she was alone and could do nothing for us. So NO showers for us. This is totally unacceptable. FYI we discovered the problem after we unpacked and undressed so switching rooms at the late hour was not an option.

Liked: The staff was so personable and helpful. Good location to town.
Disliked: The property was in pretty bad shape. Our view on the tiny balcony was the blown out hotel that was under construction. The room was clean but there was mold in the bathtub. The light in the bathroom around the mirror kept flickering - so annoying. The slider was broken so there was a hook that closed it. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and the beverage vending machine was empty. There was no "Continental Breakfast" but 10% off at the diner - not enough off.
