Wonderful

Liked: we were treated like family, Amy at the front desk asked us a few time if we needed anything...The breakfast was better than expected and there was plenty of it. Coffee was wonderful so was the juice.
Disliked: Absolutely NOTHING

Wish we had more time...

Liked: Staff honored our request for early check in and reasonable room location for guest with walking difficulties.
Disliked: Couldn't figure out how to shut off shelf lights

Overall a great short stay...

Liked: Great location, nice staff, decent breakfast. The kids loved the pool and games. We enjoyed the balcony while they slept.
Disliked: No true elevator to second floor so had to make multiple trips with luggages/bags. Pillows were a bit high, so not very comfortable. One of our beds was sagging a bit in the middle.

Liked: Parking is available at the property, pets are allowed, and a good staff.
Disliked: Breakfast seems to be the same thing every day, sausages + eggs, and no good quality granola/oatmeal.Booking doesn't support differentiation between the rooms for pets or not, i.e. you cannot book the king bed with a pet, only the double-queen on the first floor.The first-floor rooms don't give enough privacy.
