Disliked: Hello! I am actually wanting to file a complaint with this property. I was feeling extremely sick during my stay, and didn’t know it could be mild. I ended up bringing my own top sheet, blankets, and pillows because I thought I was allergic to the laundry detergent used on the original bedsheets. As I was fixing the bed, I realized the headboard had mold under it. Also on the ceiling. I’ve been feeling extremely sick because there was mold right next to my head. I ended up going to urgent care and they gave me medication. I spoke to booking.com and the manager Nayna Patel who refused to issue me a refund. I went ahead and contacted the attorney general, Texas department of health, and reported this location to the city. I’m wanting a full refund so that I can stay somewhere else that is safe. Furthermore I am wanting to take legal action, as Nayna Patel, the lady at the front desk has accused me of lying and has failed to provide a safe environment. Attached are the photos of mold and my urgent care visit.
