Disliked: When I arrived at the location and attempted to check in, my credit card did not have the two dollar deposit on it because the hotel staff had took it upon themselves to charge my credit card for the room without my consent. I have never in my entire life paid for a hotel Prior to check out. I've also never had someone charge my credit card without consent. From there on it was a huge inconvenience attempting to access a credit card that had a $200 deposit on it. The comforter in our hotel room had gum on it and a hole in it also.

Liked: Nothing at all, it was a nightmare. They went in my room while I wasn't there even though I told them not to and I had the do not disturb on the door as well and they still entered my room. They have still not given me my deposit back either and I spoke with them over the phone over 5times regarding my deposit, they confirmed eveytime that they checked the room and everything was great and no damages therefore they released the deposit. 2 weeks went by almost and I still did not receive the deposit. I called them again. They said everything was good on their end that it was my bank's issue. I called my bank bank said that they took the money and that the deposit was charged as a transaction. I told them that they said that no. They released it then a week later I get a call saying that. Oh apparently they got me mixed up with someone else and that they were keeping the deposit because my daughter who is 3 years old threw up on one of the sheets which I rinsed out and cleaned off. There was nothing wrong with the room. There was no stains on the bed or the sheets so they made up some lie because they were already being snaky about it as they confirmed there was nothing wrong with the room over six times. I want my deposit back or I will bring it to social media and I will make sure that nobody stays at Wyndham properties ever again.
Disliked: Read above statement, I think I have said enough about how disgusting this hotel is and I will make sure that everybody knows how disgusting it is and they'll never stay at your hotel again. I am not happy whatsoever. My husband is livid because we have never ever had this problem ever. We have literally stayed at five stars and up hotels and we have never ever had a problem with our little ones having accidents or anything like that and being charged for it. And if anything even did happen they should have mentioned it the first time or second time or third time. Or maybe even the sixth time? I spoke to them over the phone and then they tried saying that they had the wrong person. No they did not. I confirmed who I was. Everything was confirmed. They confirmed my booking number and everything and the room that I was in. So how does that get confused with somebody else when everything was confirmed? They are just pulling some kind of something and I don't like it because I deserve my deposit back and I want my deposit back. I am going to go through my bank and I will start an inquiry about it which then the bank will investigate and get my money back. If you guys do not give me my deposit back and on top of that I will go to social media.

Disliked: The heating system in the room was so loud, I bought a portable heater so that I could shut it off at night to sleep. Carpets were poor, asked to have room cleaned as I was staying a whole week, room was not cleaned
