Liked: A pleasant atmosphere, aesthetically appealing (indoor balconies are sharp), clean and comfortable beds. Note, during our stay interior construction was going on. Thank you.
Disliked: The continental breakfast reflected little effort (very small buffet, few choices, I bit into rotten apple, terrible coffee, gas-station type pastries). Also, pool should have had towels at poolside and not depended on customers to bring their own.

Liked: Property has been updated and very clean. The breakfast host was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The breakfast attendant, Kenneth, I believe was his name. He took pride in his job and was very helpful. Housekeeping was very quick to respond when we would call for clean towels. All of the hotel employees we interacted with were very friendly.
Disliked: The smoking rooms are on the same floor as non-smoking. The smell lingered in the halls and came into our room each time we opened the door. The lack of hot food choices for breakfast. The breakfast potatoes were very dry and lacked flavor and the scrambled eggs tasted like unflavored mush. The pool could have been much warmer. With the air vents blowing directly above the pool, it made it too cold to enjoy.

Liked: Stayed here for two days with my kids and they loved everything about this hotel. Great friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating. The gentleman working the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Greeted every single person and offered to get them coffee. Bartender Saturday evening was just as fantastic. Very relaxing experience.
Disliked: Our bathroom was very dated and some parts were questionable. We didn’t complain because the hospitality outshined this flaw.

Very pleasant surprise

Liked: Convenient location off of I-75, able to walk to several restaurants and shopping options. Very pleasant lobby with multiple seating areas, pool in the lobby, fitness room, game room, many table games. Excellent breakfast with good hours. Pizza/snack bar. Balcony overlooking the lobby. Very comfortable beds. Good showerhead.
Disliked: Lobby noise got pretty high at times, but to be expected on a long holiday weekend and many families staying. Would have appreciated a tighter closedown of the lobby at the 10 p.m. time.
