Dirty rooms, smelly carpets, none...

Disliked: The hotel was a complete mess. Each room had an old stench, and the bathtubs were nasty. The room was in dire need of maintaince, from the carpets to the air-conditioning. There were none fire alarms or fire detectors in our room, even if there was a dedicated spot for one.

Liked: The carpet has exceptionally bad smell and the air conditioner is crying for to be replaced... Staff were polite and nice that's the know good thing about this hotel.

Disappointing two-night stay!

Disliked: The room lacked a closet and hangers, kitchen utensils and dishes, cups, plates. They need to provide better and, if requested, more pillows to make up for their inadequate and flat pillows, and to provide a safe in the room, as well as an ironing board and iron. They need to repair the drawer of the nightstand (didn’t close properly), the toilet seat needs tightening, a lampshade was cracked on inside, and their air conditioner unit shouldn’t be located underneath the table (hard to access). The tv didn’t work unless you turned it on manually (without the remote) and the tv volume couldn’t be adjusted.The continental breakfast could be improved by adding hard boiled eggs, muffins and fruit juices.
