It was an ok stay...

Liked: Location was fine for the most part. Staff was nice at checkin and check out.
Disliked: The room was lit up at night by the parking lot lights right outside. Even with the curtains drawn. Found a few small dried dots of blood on the sheets. Breakfast was small muffins, some cereals and drinks nothing really filling.

Superb

Enjoyed Chattanooga but next time...

Liked: Location only
Disliked: Smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Switched rooms, and it wasn't much better.

Liked: Location was close to ruby falls
Disliked: Not updated at all, I felt like I was in a motel 6. All three white towels in the room had black stains on them like they used them to work on a car and wiped their hands off. The room smelled.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Bigger pool

Easy to find overnight on...

Liked: Very clean and great stop to split up a long drive. Lot's of families doing the same. Safe parking lot and facility. Also the pet fee of only 25 dollars was so helpful in comparison to others.
Disliked: It is an older motel, but that's okay! Met the requirements.

Disappointing

Nice place for 1 night...

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff, clean pool
Disliked: Our door didn't seem secure, had to slam it to make sure it shut all the way then it still had gaps like it wasn't shut. the bed was horribly uncomfortable. there was not enough parking, tv had like maybe 20 channels that had static, hotel was not in a good area. breakfast was just muffin, juice and raisin bran cereal. Okay if you are just passing thru, wouldn't stay for more than that.
