Wouldn't stay here again if they paid me. Complete idiots!

Disliked: The front desk person was a complete moron and took over twenty minutes to check me in! I had printed out a confirmation form and he still couldn't locate my reservation!

Disliked: Breakfast too simple, nothing to eat.

Liked: The rooms were updated and super clean. The linens smelled good and were freshly washed. Spoke with the housekeeper...super friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and well maintained. Good selections to choose from. We also requested a roll away bed. This was brand new and very comfortable.
Disliked: All of the Marijuana smoking on the property. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool. My family had to leave the pool area due to the constant pot smoking from guests. The dispensary right next door was also a let down. The breakfast items could have jiff pb cups for toast, bananas,, etc... other than that, we enjoyed the food

Disliked: You book in the room I was told the room would have a spa tub in it which you did not when I requested to pay the difference to upgrade I was denied Blaine was put back on booking.com booking.com got involved and turned around and told me it was nothing that they could do about it the room was booked for medical reasons which was a total waste of $175

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that I brought my fire stick to watch Netflix but the TV remote didn't have an input button so we just had to watch basic tv

Liked: I had a great experience at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a view overlooking the pool with a balcony. I appreciated how quiet and peaceful everything was Overall, everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
