Nice staff with dirty rooms

Liked: Staff was friendly. Booked for a long room but when I checked in they gave me a dbl queen. I showed him my online booking and he changed it but tried to tell me I didn’t book the king room even though I had proof.
Disliked: When I finally got to the king room I was frustrated because not only was this the 2nd room I had to move to, it was also dirty. Garbage and an old vape left in the room. Trash bins had bags with grange and residue from the previous guests. The bedding had multiple hairs in it so I brought up my own sheets and blankets. I clean for a living so instead of throwing a fit and complaining for a 3rd time, I just cleaned the room myself but I shouldn’t have had to do that!

Disliked: Messed up our reservation didn't have the extra bed we requested on our booking said there was nothing they could do didn't have any extra beds expected our 17 to sleep in the bed with us. Went to a different hotel.

Liked: Not picky so the room was actually fine to me.
Disliked: I had a traumatic experience Saturday morning when 2 guys in the room next to me tried me to bust down the door between our rooms. I was terrified for 20 mins after they first messed with the handle. Hiding behind the corner on the floor by the main door to the room. When they attempted to get in the second time, one of them tried to break the door down with their body. It was loud and sounded like he broke through it so I escaped out the other door running around the building until I got to the lobby. The guy came down the stairs when I was talking to the front lobby host (I could hardly breathe or talk). The employee came upstairs and confirmed the their door was opened and told them to leave it alone. Then he brought me to my room and explained the door could not be opened on my side unless unlocked by me. He said I was was safe, but I was so shook up and didn’t FEEL safe. He said it was a minor issue and refused to give me another room. The reason is irrelevant because NO reason should I be expected to stay in a room next door to men who wanted to hurt me. They knew I was in there because I met one of them earlier in the night when outside smoking. He wanted me to come hang out and I refused. I can provide the name of that guy. He also mentioned he pretended to be an uber driver the night before because he was banned from being one.I can’t believe I was told I couldn’t stay the rest of the morning in a different room after the panic and fear I experienced Like it would cost the hotel so much extra... Had to hear those guys cough and talk the rest of the morning. Instead of being put far away from them. Anyone should feel safe when they stay at any hotel.

Disliked: The sink in the washroom was leaking I told the lady at the desk and she said ok I’ll get someone to look at it and they never came. On our last day the ceiling started to leak right over the bed. There breakfast was ass all they had was cereal, coffee and bread. The one big thing all the dam people who live in the hotel have the police coming there like really come on.

Disliked: Very dirty facility, smelled like room was smoked in, no napkins in breakfast area, no elevator. Will not stay there again.
