Liked: Friendly, helpful staff.

Never again.

Disliked: Arrived at hotel room and there was a cup of cooked Ramen noodles in the microwave, toliet was leaking by the floor. Beds are definitely not a queen size more like a double.

Overpriced, run-down, creepy people and...

Disliked: When we pulled into the parking lot, there was a guy outside cutting weeds with a butterfly knife...he appeared to be working there and looked like he was on drugs. There were people who were out back, who we assumed were living there, drinking, smoking and who knows what else....we ended up moving our vehicles because we did not feel safe leaving them there and did not want to. The online pictures showed that there was a pool and we were told it was permanently closed. It was HOT, smelled horrible and was extremely dirty. The light shade in our room, had stains, which I was hoping was wine...but it's hard to say. The hotel is so extremely run down and the people who appear to be staying there, is enough to keep people away. It's not safe and I strongly recommend that if you have kids, stay somewhere else. Heck if you are by yourself , do yourself a favor and pay extra if needed for a decent place to stay. Trust me, it's worth it. We wanted to leave but I wasn't about to pay for a room that we left and I did not feel like arguing to get my money back.

Liked: The rooms were clean and there were plenty of pillows. The female attendant was amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was basic but good.
Disliked: The pool was out of order. I wasn't informed at booking. The booking said there was a pool. Also, the clientele was a little strange with one man ranting that a seagull was trying to kill him. Lastly, when I needed something, the attendants were hard to find and had attitude.

Okay, but will look for...

Disliked: Strong unpleasant smell in hallways and in my room. The towels and linen looked new but not of good quality.

Nice staff with dirty rooms

Liked: Staff was friendly. Booked for a long room but when I checked in they gave me a dbl queen. I showed him my online booking and he changed it but tried to tell me I didn’t book the king room even though I had proof.
Disliked: When I finally got to the king room I was frustrated because not only was this the 2nd room I had to move to, it was also dirty. Garbage and an old vape left in the room. Trash bins had bags with grange and residue from the previous guests. The bedding had multiple hairs in it so I brought up my own sheets and blankets. I clean for a living so instead of throwing a fit and complaining for a 3rd time, I just cleaned the room myself but I shouldn’t have had to do that!
