Liked: Loved that it was about ten minutes from Disneyland. Also the water park was another reason why we booked
Disliked: House keepers are only there for paycheck and/or tips. When they cleaned our room they didn’t even vacuum the carpet also they didn’t refill shampoo,body wash etc. housekeepers need to do better job with small details like that.

It was a great stay...

Liked: I loved the location and how easy it was to checkin & out. Definitely family friendly. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants & places.

Good but could be better

Liked: Location and layout of family suite with two bathrooms. Maintenance was quick to respond when we had a couple of issues.
Disliked: The beds were firm and housekeeping could be better. A wash cloth was left under the sink where we stacked all wet items, moleskin that had come off during showering was left in soap tray in tub area (we had left it by mistake), and carpet didn't get vacuumed. It seemed the only things done were changing the sheets and emptying the trash.

Liked: facilities were a little dated, but overall, a great stay for us
Disliked: laundry facility needs a step stool to reach the top dryers.

I would not book again

Liked: That has splash pad for the kids
Disliked: The Internet didn’t work when you’re in the hotel room your phones wouldn’t work then their Internet didn’t work and we didn’t have TV for days
