Exceptional

Liked: Location to Augusta GA. The bed was actually very comfortable. Don't take kids there. As in our case, just needed a place to sleep. Looks like something out of the 1950's. Lots of food nearby.
Disliked: The room has had extensive ceiling and wall damage. The repairs that were made are terrible. Very outdated and the other people either living or staying there were concerning. The first impression was good when the door opened but the quality was bad.

Liked: Location was good. Near lots of great restaurants nearby. Water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I traveled with my husband. If I was by myself, I would have been highly uncomfortable.I think people live at this hotel. They congregated outside to smoke and heard conversations throughout the night. Because the AC units pulls in air from the outside, the rooms smelled of smoke. A large ashtray filled with butts was right by the door. Couch was stained. Would not sit on it. Sheets stained. The desk chair had cigarette butt hole on it. Bathroom smelled of mildew smoke.Breakfast was a package muffin. A large brown spider was on the bathroom counter in the morning.I would not stay there again.
