Liked: This hotel was a convenient choice for a business trip, located right by the office.
Disliked: The check-out process was frustrating - there weren't any staff at the reception when I needed a copy of the invoice, and my emails to the hotel regarding it have gone unanswered. To top it off, thin walls meant I was subject to late-night noise from a neighboring room. While the location was unbeatable, the lack of service and noisy room made for a less-than-relaxing stay.
