Liked: Clean, nice, friendly staff. ..close to the airport. Airport shuttle in the middle of the night was excellent.

Uncomfortable, misinformation and zero security.

Liked: Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, porridge and melon fruit. It is the same every day and there is not enough varieties. We could not eat the same for 7 days straight. We went out of the hotel for breakfast else where on 3 occasions. It appears as though the tea and coffee were been horded. These were removed long before the breakfast ends, 10am. Location is great at it is close to Hobby airport.
Disliked: It is not secured. The hotel appears to be a community hub if some kind. People came and go as they please. No restriction. You only have exclusive access to your room but everywhere else in the building could be accessed by everyone regardless with no questions asked. The building comes to life with noise and whittles, young male everywhere with hoodie. It was scary for me. I wouldn't stay there alone and would not be going back there.

Liked: The four ladies in the breakfast area were very very nice and helpful. The check in was very easy. The room was nice.Lobby area and seating area were clean and classy.
Disliked: Noise from I-45. Nothing else.

Lovely facilities and staff, overpriced.

Liked: This property is absolutely fabuloous! It was clean, beautiful, and the staff was attentive each time we interacted.
Disliked: When you book through a third party, you don't find out that the complementary breakfast is NOT complimentary unless you are a rewards member, or you PAY extra ... which isn't really complimentary, is it? In addition, we flew in, so we had NO transportation to "local" restaurants, so you were forced to dine in their over-priced restaurant. It wasn't until the last day that the manager let us know a breakfast menu was available. This is important because my husband and I do not eat enough for a $16 breakfast buffet. This is grossly unfair, especially to those traveling with children, or on a budget. We chose not to eat very much during our stay.
