Liked: Location of the property is very easy
Disliked: Hot Tub’s jets were not working. We called the front desk but they didn’t seem overly concerned. Also the pillows were way too flat

Liked: We liked the location.
Disliked: There were no air vent fan in the washroom. After the use of the washroom , the whole room is filled with a bad smell . The mirror is getting condensed. No complimentary water bottle provided in the room. We had to walk down to the lobby to talk because the phone in the room was dead. However, the electrician fixed it on the request. We booked our room on Booking.com. It was clearly mentioned that breakfast is included. But the hotel asked us to pay for breakfast.

Liked: The room was clean, cleaning service was great!
Disliked: Too many extra expenses. There was NO indication of a paid breakfast. It was buffet style, it tasted like mediocre complimentary hotel food, and yet we were hit with almost a 50 dollar bill for just two people. The service was abysmal. There was no coffee station with the rest of the breakfast, and when I requested coffee, it was forgotten until I reminded them 20 minutes later. The server tried to bill us TWICE, for breakfast, apparently forgetting that we had already received our bill. We did not eat at this establishment after our first experience.
