The hotel needs updating for...

Liked: Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Room was very cool. All the staff was so nice, friendly , and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel exterior needs cleaning and touch ups. Not a $400/night hotel.

Liked: for me the Marriott Hotel is home away from home , I really enjoy staying @ the Marriott
Disliked: when my cousin arrived @ the hotel and she went to the front disk after a very long tiring flight for check in , my cousin has the confirmation number and the name every thing was paid in advance but she still was asked to pay for the room fees one more time my lady cousin was very shocked . that was not how the Marriott treat their customers .the Marriott Employees and management has a lot of bed side manner . thank you for asking me for my feed back . when i make my booking with Marriott hotel I acutely Feel I am @ home away from home unfortunately not this time . My lady cousin Does not deserve or any customers for that matters this kind of treatment . thank you from Joseph Khaliq Harassed by the employee

Liked: Location and very friendly room service and front desk staff. Room service food was great!
Disliked: No hot water in the shower in the morning (luke warm/cold) although worked in the prior evening , TV didn’t work, no washcloths provided in the shower, and lastly one of the pillow cases was not clean.
